Hatsan Flash QE PCP Airgun

The Hatsan Flash is a new value priced airgun that offers a lot of bang for the buck. The Flash is a multi-shot Pre-Charged Pneumatic (PCP) air rifle, available in .177, .22, and .25 caliber. The synthetic tactical thumb hole stock is all weather and ambidextrous. There’s a checkered grip and forehand. The stock also comes with a Monte Carlo cheek piece.

The Hatsan Flash’s action is identical to it’s bullpup brother, the Hatsan Flashpup. The Hatsan Flash has a smooth side bolt action. It has Hatsan’s 2 stage adjustable Quattro trigger and QuietEnergy shrouded barrel with integrated sound moderator. Once again, Hatsan is delivering great accuracy from the Flash’s rifled and chocked barrel.

My dad ordered the Hatsan Flash in .25 for my birthday, firstly I wanted to say that Indiana airguns beat everyone else’s price by $10.

Once the order was shipped, the carrier had a delay for about 3 weeks, so we reached out to Indiana Airguns and they looked into it and apoligized (of course it was not their fault) and informed us that it would arrive soon after which it did.

Got the rifle, cleaned the barrel and have been having a blast with it ever since. Great power and accuray for the price level! I’ve only taken it out to 50 yards so far but even shooting outside still I can shoot and continue to hit my target which is about 1.5″ across and rarely miss!

There were some feeding problems from the magazines, sometimes the pellets would get hung up and not want to feed, so I reached out to Hatsan and they just sent me an email confirming that they shipped some brand new magazines my way.

Despite the problems with shipping and magazines, I have experienced great customer service from Indiana Airguns and Hatsan and excellent quality in the rifle itself. For the price honestly I think you’ll have a hard time finding something with this amount of power and accuracy, I believe the hatsan flash is the best bargain priced hunting PCP there is out there.

I purchased the Flash recently in .22 cal. Great customer service and slight issue promptly addressed and solved . Great customer service from Dennis, great communication and was able to contact him easily. Although I heard mixed reviews on the 18.1 JSB’s with this gun I was able to site in with them and had great tight groupings . The magazines are quite tight and takes a while to get used to pushing them all the way in to seat them but they work perfectly.Teh single shot tray is a great included item and works great as well. I took a first hunting shot at a squirrel at 30 yards a few days later and the JSB’s did a great job on a head shot and it hit hard and that squirrel dropped instantly. I don’t have a Chrony but I believe Hatsan’s FPS and footpound estimates to be correct as well as their estimate to how many usable shots from a fill. I filled using a handpump. Although it wasn’t that easy , it is possible with a little work if you don’t have a tank. Wish they included sling posts , especially on a gun designed for hunting but I found a piccatiny sling post for the stock and a wrap style rear adapter with a dring and that solved the sling issue. Nice light powerful gun and would highly recommend it .
