Indiana Airguns will only ship within the U.S.A.
Shipping damage
Any merchandise damaged during shipping is to be reported to Indiana Airguns through email within 48 hours of delivery. Indiana Airguns will file a claim with the shipper and provide additional instructions.
Product Returns
Indiana Airguns will accept product returns within 14 days of purchase for new (unused) merchandise. All returns require an RMA number. Please call or email Indiana Airguns to obtain an RMA number. Indiana Airguns will not refund return shipping charges. Indiana Airguns LLC is not liable for damaged, lost, or stolen merchandise during return shipping. It is recommended the customer insure the return package to cover the whole value of the package.
Package all merchandise in an appropriate shipping box with adequate packing material. All merchandise should be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging and include all accessories. Write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. Ship the package to the following address:

Any returned merchandise not in the original packaging with all included accessories and not in a new, sellable condition is subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. Any merchandise damaged, not from shipping, and/or modified can not be returned.
Please follow the manufacture’s warranty instructions for repair or replacement on any defect found in merchandise after 14 days from purchase.
Mounted rifle scopes can not be returned. If a defect is found after mounting the rifle scope or 14 days after the purchase date, follow the manufacture’s warranty instructions for repair or replacement.
Compressors can not be returned. If a defect is found, follow the manufacture’s warranty instructions for repair or replacement.
Pellets and ammo can not be returned.
Combination (combo) purchases cannot be partially returned. All products that were part of a combo purchase must all be returned. The customer will be charged full retail price for any product not returned that was part of a combo purchase. All other Terms and Conditions stipulations apply.
Custom Orders
Cancellation of custom orders will be subject to a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be 20% of the invoice total.
Shipping Restrictions
It is your responsibility to know and comply with your state, county, and city laws. Due to these laws, Indiana Airguns cannot ship any airgun to; Chicago, Philadelphia, New Jersey, New York city and the 5 boroughs, Washington D.C. (District of Colombia). Outside of Chicago, Illinois is restricted to airguns under 0.18 caliber. At this time, Indiana Airguns cannot facilitate FFL transfers. Any order placed in restricted areas will be refunded and is subject to non-refundable 3% transaction fee.
